Terms Policy

All orders are credit card or advance payment by check. Sorry no C.O.D. shipments. Returns/Shortages/Etc.

If you have a shortage all claims must be reported to His Majesty's Dancewear within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Returns will be suject to a 25% restocking fee, except shoes, which will be 15%. You will receive credit after all items have been inspected and returned to inventory. Any items that have been worn or stained in any way will not be accepted for return. No returns will be accepted without prior authorizaton and a Return Authorization Number. When requesting a Return Authorization Number please have the following information ready: your telephone number, invoice number and date, as well as stock #'s, sizes, colors and/or widths of missing or defective merchandise. Any packages returned without an HMD return authorization number will be returned at the customer's expense. Prompt return is important! No returns will be accepted that are more than 30 days old.

Custom Orders

No returns or cancellation on custom items after work has started. Please make sure that you measure correctly. Measure while wearing the same undergarments and foundations that you will use while wearing the garments. Alterations to garments after they are completed to your specifications will be at the customers expense. Alterations done here must have prior approval before garments are returned.
